In this program we design many workout levels there are completely six levels
each levals Consist of four vidios
(workout series).
1. Beginner Level Strengthening LIIT (BSL Level 1 And Level 2).
2. Intermediate Level Strengthening HIIT (ISH Level 3 And Level 4).
3. Advanced Level Strengthening HIIT (ASH Level 5 And Level 6).
2. Twice in Week there are Live Group Session Workouts to make sure every client is performing the exercises in particular posture of that workout and to make sure everyone is on same Levels.
That help us to evaluate which person is advanced, beginner or belongs to intermediate levels.
3. Fitness coach will be in touch with you on Whats app to Provide you customize diet plan & Levels of Workout.
4. You Can Ask the Queries Regarding any Level, Like how to make the Posture of body of doing that particular exercise and how much weight you should lift in that particular exercise by having quick communication using Whats app Where you can ask Queries regarding You’re customize nutrition plan.
